Persuading employees to abandon traditional workflows in favor of a new technology can be an uphill battle for law firms and legal departments attempting to innovate their services. But it can be technology vendors who actually have the most at stake during the change management process.

“If the product is not adopted well, it doesn’t matter who is responsible. The product is going to get removed from an organization. So the vendor is the one who is most economically motivated to get it done successfully,” said Nathan Wenzel, founder and CEO of SimpleLegal.
